The INON UCL-G165 II is a truly unique underwater lens, developed for the specific needs of action cams in underwater macro shooting.

Action cams are deep-focus cameras, very practical for general use, but less effective when shooting a subject at very close range. In these situations, the subject may not appear sharp, making underwater macro difficult.

The UCL-G165 II was designed specifically to solve this limitation. It is a wide close-up lens, designed according to the optical characteristics of action cams, allowing you to get closer to the subject while maintaining a more manageable depth of field and a more natural composition underwater.

Another important advantage is the slight increase in the underwater angle of view, which helps enhance the subject while keeping the scene wider and more dynamic. With the GoPro HERO13 Black, for example, the angle of view increases from approximately 94° underwater to approximately 110° when using the UCL-G165 II SD.
